America through the eyes of the individual

This project began September 2024 and will go on all long as it has to. I am traveling around the country in my pickup truck taking photos with my medium format camera and interviewing subjects on what it means to them to be an American. Eventually these photos and interviews will be compiled into a book. These are the photos I took between those photos.
